In a Space Clearing I check for all of the above and sometimes more.

I then do a ceremony to clear or reduce to a safe level any negative energies identified. The space clearing work also includes putting in place protection and strengthening of boundaries where required to ensure that the work is maintained for as long as necessary. All this work is done in the best right timing for the people occupying the property.
I issue a report detailing what was found, the remedial measures taken, and the results of the after-check. I also do a follow-up check four to six weeks after to ensure that the remedial measures are still working.
