This is the Moment
This is the moment
This is the moment of everything. There is no next moment. Everything that is happening is happening in this moment. Your thoughts of the future are happening in this moment. Your memories of the past are happening in this moment. Your thoughts in this moment are what you are.
And as everything is happening in this moment, this is the moment of creation. This moment of creation is you creating everything in your life. If you focus too much on the future, you are missing this moment. If you dwell too much in the past, you are missing this moment.
And when you experience this moment fully, there is only you in this moment. Become aware of this moment. Become aware that this moment is eternal. Become aware that you are eternal in this moment.
Stop! Pause! Hold it here! This is where it is all at. This is the moment
